Pro keeps the same workspace in every browser you use.

Turn sync on

  1. 1.Open Settings → Account.
  2. 2.Sign in with email and password, or Continue with Google.
  3. 3.Upgrade to Pro. Sync starts by itself.
  4. 4.Sign in with the same account in your other browsers. Each browser profile counts as a device.

What syncs

  • Your whole workspace: collections, spaces, groups and items.
  • Settings, reminders, and uploaded images and icons.

Space backgrounds, Quiet Views and your Gemini key stay on the device you set them on.

Offline

Keep working offline. Changes are saved in your browser and sync when you're back online.

Questions

Is sync part of the Free plan?

No. Cloud sync comes with Pro and Lifetime. On Free, your workspace stays on this computer, so download a backup now and then from Settings → Data.

Can I use Tabkeep without an account?

Yes. Everything works without one; your workspace just stays on this computer.
