Reminders and tags

Get a nudge about a saved item later, and mark items so they stand out.

Set a reminder

  1. 1.Open an item to edit it, or open a group's or cluster's menu. For a space, right-click it in the sidebar's workspace tree.
  2. 2.Choose Set reminder.
  3. 3.Pick a time, and whether it repeats weekly or monthly.

Reminders arrive as system notifications. See what is coming up in the sidebar's Reminders view.

Tag items

Items can carry tags such as Favorite, Urgent, Later, Review, In Progress and Important, or tags you make yourself, and a color.

Questions

Do reminders work when Tabkeep isn't open?

Yes, as long as the browser is running. Missed reminders don't fire later.
